It took over six months to be seen however this seems to be an ongoing issue throughout the eye care industry. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very professional and kind. I was seen after about 10 minutes of my scheduled time. The initial exam was performed by Miss Caitlin and she too was very professional and courteous. This was my first time seeing Dr. Witt. I think he is somewhat new to the practice but presents himself as a sharp young man who certainly knows what he is doing. While he did take the time to answer all of my questions it seemed a little hurried at one point, but he was always polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend him to others and will be returning in a year. The area where you place an order for new glasses seemed understaffed with only one person working and three customers waiting. As such I just asked for my prescription and paid at the checkout. Again, the person assisting me was very professional and helpful. I made my appointment before leaving. :-)

Everything was good from the time I walked in the door getting and giving information to the desk clerk. Didn't have to wait long the eye exam went good. And all so picking out new glasses was good the ladies in there were very patient, kind and very helpful.

Ordered glasses on 1/23 only to be told two weeks later that my glasses were lost in shipping. I was further told that the re-order would be expedited only to find out today (2/25) that now the anticipated date of my glasses arriving will be 3/3, which makes me question whether or not the re-order was placed when I physically went in or a week later. At any eater, I'm not a happy customer with the lack of urgency and attention given until I have to reach out on my own and would not recommend this optical shop to anyone.

I needed new sunglasses and that was handled quickly and efficiently.
I recommend this location to anyone.

This was my first time here I was able to get a next day appt (likely a cancellation) but I'm sure glad they could fit me in!! I saw Dr Whitt who was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I needed an annual exam, frames exam, AND a recent eye allergy that was treated the day before elsewhere unsuccessfully. He prescribed an eye steroid ointment along with prescriptions of course for lenses and glasses. Wait time wasn't long. I also received a link to my prescription for the ointment with a discount card. Looks like I've found my new eye care center! They even have an optical place within the same building! Be nice if they offered same day glasses/frames.

First time visiting this office and Dr Whit was very nice and helpful. At the end of the exam he walked my prescription over to optical where I met Beth. Beth was so thorough and patience with me She explained in detail and answered all my questions because I never wore prescription glasses. Her helpfulness was greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed the visit pretty well. Receptionist that check me in was nice the Technician that did my test was very nice.The Doctor was very good and Profession asks me good questions about my eyes and Recommended new kind of Contact Lenses that are very Comfortable and I like! The only Complaint I have is one of the Receptionist that Stared with an unkind look on her face like I had done something to her in a wrong way but I didn't Approach her! And I believe she was the one that set up my appointment on the phone she was very Redundant asking me the same question over and over again almost she was trying to gaslight me but I held my Composer and she has been with your company for sometime because two years ago I can still remember her unfriendly attitude! I don't feel that a person that works with the Public should be allowed to treat Clients like her I could also hear how she Responded to other people in a shape Voice I feel
