The front desk was very professional and very nice The Eye doctor and his staff were very professional and very nice.

The people are very nice and I truly believe this is an honest mistake. I received my glasses today, come home to put them on... there is no prescription in them. Completely can't see out of them. Upsetting. Will update review if this is solved quickly. Update! They are on top of things at this location. They are fixing the issue no problem :) Recommend this location!

Horrible experience here. My daughter went in for an exam and glasses which are covered 100% by her insurance. After signing forms warning her of blindness and death if she didn't pay extra for their new cutting edge scan technologies, she was tricked into getting a new contact prescription and surprised with a $99 bill at checkout which of course she had no choice but to pay. Do not recommend. McPherson Family Eye Care is fabulous, we're going back there for our entire family. Recommend them 10000%.

Dr. Merckle is simply the best *cue Tina Turner* I've been going here for over 20 years and I couldn't find one thing to complain about if I tried. Highly recommend!

My experience at North Wake Eye Care was amazing! Dr. Merckle is passionate and knowledgeable about his profession and his patients. He took his time whilst seeing me and explained everything in detail. My first visit here has earned this office the distinction of the best eye care facility I have encountered.

A couple months ago I contracted pink eye, something I hadn't dealt with since I was a child. I was a patient at another large eye care place in Wake Forest, and had been a patient there for many years, since we moved here almost 8 years ago. I called them multiple times to get an appt for this, and they never answered and didn't return my messages. When I finally got in touch with someone there, she was not friendly or helpful. I decided to call North Wake as a coworker recommended them, and it was the best thing I could have done! Not only were they friendly and answered right away, they got me in within 20 minutes of me calling them. Talk about customer service! When I arrived they were super friendly and didn't treat me like I had the plague (like many places will when you potentially have pink eye.) They made me feel welcome from the beginning to the end of my appt. My visit with the doctor was quick and efficient and they all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. And to top it all off, they called the next day to make sure I had gotten my prescription and that I was doing ok. Hard to find that in this day and age where customer service and patient care don't seem to be a priority like they once were. I am switching my entire family of 6 here. Top notch service all around, so glad I found this gem right here in Rolesville!

Dr. Merckle and his staff provided great care in a comfortable and clean setting. I went two weeks ago and they quickly improved my vision. My family and I highly recommend North Wake Eye Care!
