I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best today, and I really want to highlight the excellent service I received from Genesis. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She was patient, kind, and very professional throughout the entire visit. Genesis took her time explaining every step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening and what my options were. She didn't rush me at all instead, she listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions with so much knowledge and clarity. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to feel confident and taken care of. When it came time to choose my glasses, she was incredibly helpful. She gave honest opinions, guided me through the different styles, and helped me pick out frames that perfectly fit my face and my needs. Her attitude was positive, patient, and respectful the whole time. Overall, Genesis made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and pleasant. Her customer service went above and beyond, and I am genuinely grateful for how well she treated me. If you are planning to visit America's Best, I highly recommend asking for Genesis she is truly makes the experience 10/10.

This business provided excellent customer service from the moment I stepped into their doors until I left. They have a very large assortment of frames that are clearly labeled with prices, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase extras that you didn't want or need based on personal preference. There was plenty of space to walk around as you browsed and the entire place was immaculate, very bright, and had plenty of seating as you waited to be seen. The people who work there are professional, friendly and extremely courteous. Please do not hesitate to visit this business for all of your eyecare and eyewear needs, you won't be disappointed.

I had an undesirable and disappointing experience here. First id like to mention that there's no optometrist at the store and you're connected randomly to some doctor remotely somewhere in the US. My experience here was awkward to say the least. For starters since these are remote exams I can hear word for word all that was said in the exam rooms in the lobby. I realize these conversations are just about eyecare but it's still awkward and perhaps a hippa violation to hear word for word doctors discussing treatment options with patients. The sound from the TVs are on full blast, why cant headphones we born to ensure privacy? Secondly, I went in there for one reason only: to be able to see the computer screen better and have less tension on my eyes. I stressed this repeatedly to everyone. I was then prescribed readers for reading books and i couldn't see past my hand and the monitor was blurry. Thirdly, the employees are unprofessional and talk amongst themselves as if customers aren't present. I found this to be a huge waste of time and asked for money back. Upon asking for a refund was asked multiple times if I wanted to change my mind and this would just be "minor adjustments." My recommendation is to find a local Optometrist where you can speak face to face to a doctor and dont bother with this place.

Mr Randolph couldn't have been nicer. Super knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Everyone was super helpful and made my visit positively memorable. They all deserve a raise!

Arrived 15 minutes prior to my daughter's appointment. Checked in and waited and waited and waited and waited. If you're trying this place DONT waste your time literally. No one seems like they want to be here. My expectations were not met, WILL not recommend until they fix the extremely long wait times. What's the point in having an appointment if you're here for ever and a day before your actually seen. Over hearing the lady behind me she has been waiting 2 hours to even be seen. UNACCEPTABLE.

First, I called them to try and get an appointment. She made the appointment and then I kept telling her no. That is not the insurance that I have anymore. Everybody got excited over the insurance that I do not have anymore that I do not carry. That should have been canceled but they got excited over it and they just kept going with that one. They didn't care to help my situation at all. I need my glasses badly but I will not be returning. I would give you a zero if I could. You people irritated and made me so upset when I was in there. It was not even funny. You have poor customer service skills. You really need to train your people better on how to treat people when they walk in the door rather than telling them. Sorry your other insurance will not cover any type of glasses whatsoever. Did not give me a promotional deal. Did not tell me I could get two glasses. Whatever. Nothing said nothing to me just made me feel bad and I walked out and I had to sit in my car and cry because I was so mad. I need my glasses. I will not be returning to this place. Do not go there if you do not want to be treated like you're stupid.

Not a good experience thus far. Received a wrong prescription. It's been longer than the "normal" time to do a recheck. I ordered my glasses offline and it took a couple months to get them back. I spoke to 2 office people who then sent me to the manager Maggie. I have spoken to her once who was going to find out if they could make an exception and do a recheck. She was going to call me back in a few minutes. That was 72 hours ago at this point. I have left her 2 messages, and per staff, she's at the bank or will be in later. Still no return call. With all of this taken place, I am having severe migraines and I'm assuming it's because of my eyes. It's just disappointing, Americans Best advertising is so much better than this. So, now I will have not only to pay for a new eye exam, but new lens for the glass due to a wrong prescription. This was America's Best in Salisbury, NC!
