I have to be honest, coming to my appointments just isn't the same anymore. It's extremely disappointing walking in and realizing that the best employee they ever had is no longer there. Dee was truly the heart of the place. She was always sweet, respectful, and made every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. It's hard to find someone who treats people with that level of kindness and professionalism, and losing her has definitely changed the experience for the worse. I genuinely hope the company understands the value she brought, because it shows now more than ever. It's to the point where I'm considering switching locations. My family has been coming here for YEARS. She was the only employee with that level of pure intentions. I've seen many employees come and go, but this one is the loss of this location.

I see Dr. Williams in the Salisbury office. She is not rushed & takes time to thoroughly answer my questions - I was asking about cataracts & the surgery & she explained how cataracts affect the eyes & the process to surgically remove them. She is extremely personable & I really like her. I was taken back at my appt. time & did not have to sit in the back & wait. The assistants & the ladies out front are pleasant & helpful.

I would give Dr Grigsby 10 stars if I could but the customer service would have to be a large amount of negative stars. I have been a long time patient here, but I have NEVER in my entire life experienced such horrible customer service. I had an urgent situation regarding my eyes while I was out of town. I tried for days to reach the office directly and stressed the urgency to the call center. Not only were they rude, but I never received a call back. I had to find help elsewhere. Two weeks later I was finally able to speak with someone in the office, who not only did not apologize, but was equally as rude. I don't know what's going on with Triangle Management, but if this is the way they treat their patients, they won't have many left to treat.

I have been a Peak customer since I started wearing glasses in 1995ish. Then it was The Eye Care Center. Called last week to make an appointment and had the worse experience I have ever had anywhere. Receptionist argued with me over what doctor I saw last, which by the way had been 3 years. I was 110% sure of the doctor I have seen for the past 12 years but she continued to argue that her system said otherwise. Well her system was WRONG! Then she proceeded to tell me that I can't see the doctor I want to see because I am now considered a new patient and he doesn't see new patients. I told her I would take mine and my husbands business elsewhere and I did. Hate it because I loved my doctor but will never step foot back in that place.

Counter staff are efficient, only sat in the waiting room for a few minutes, the staff are wonderful, and Dr. Sie is just the best! I have moved 4 hours away, but I will still drive back to see him for my annual check-up. There's nobody else I would rather see. The best!

We discussed my issue and he decided that he did not want to wait until Monday to see me, so he met me at Peak and checked my condition.
