Provision Family Eyecare

Super unprofessional, uncaring business. I had my first set appointment and it was a couple months out, ok that's fine. When the date came up we had that bad ice storm. Ok, can't predict the weather. So had it rescheduled. The next day comes up and they rescheduled again because it snowed a few days before, mind it I was driving on the road that day and the day before without issue. Ok, sure. I like I have a choice. They rescheduled me for a couple weeks out again. That date comes up and they decide to cancel the appointment for no real apparent reason And then they also required me to have to call them to set a new date. At that point, I was absolutely freaking done with them. This place is a half ass business.

I absolutely loved my visit! My girls had been seen first a few months prior to my visit and I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. They have a large number of very nice glasses to choose from and they are very informative about every step or every process. I really appreciate my girls being heard as well as myself. I recommend them to anyone who actually needs eyewear and people who care about what your going thru!

No long line, Quick to be seen. The Staff is friendly. They take Medicaid as well. If you are in need of an exam and possibly need glasses I suggest Provision Family Eye care. I take my children here and they are fantastic. My children even commented on how quickly we were in and out with ease. No rushing no negativity I highly recommend Provision in Salisbury, NC for any who need eye care, if any age.

This was mine and my kids first time there. It took 45 mins to be seen. They open at 8:30am. They do not have no rush seeing you. You gotta sign in on a iPad to get check in. The only person that was actually talking to us was the lady that did the eye exam! The girls at front desk need to build some confidence and talk to customers.

The best eye doctor. Took my kids there today and the staff are amazing. I have a large family and all of my children were able to be seen and out the door in less than an hour. I liked how the office is clean and simply laid out. No bright shiny in your face lights, no up selling. No pressure.

We have visited this office twice now. The first time we ordered glasses and the second time was to pick them up. Our first visit was wonderful, especially the care and time that was spent with our family of 4! The office closes at 4:00 and we live in Statesville (45 mins away). The day our glasses came in we would not have been able to leave Statesville until 3:30. So I called and asked if there was any way we could still come even if we didn't arrive until after 4:00. Without hesitation she said of course, try to be here at least by 4:15, we will leave the door open for you. We arrived at 4:08 and they in fact left the door open and greeted us with a smile and treated us the same way they did the first time. They even took the time for all of us to try our glasses on and even adjusted them as needed. We were not rushed or made to feel like they were in a hurry. We are so grateful we found this office. We will continue buying our glasses from here and we will tell everyone how awesome they are. Thanks Ladies!

Sharing this for my Mom- Office is clean and in a great location. Staff is professional and kind and Dr. Treece is awesome! His equipment is modern compared to what I've seen in the past lol. I can't believe the office accepts Medicaid b/c in my experience ones that do are usually subpar. This one ranks high up there w the best! Also thrilled they carry a nice selection of glasses fully covered by Medicaid. Took about 7 weeks to come in after ordering, but that's typical.

I can't say enough good things about Provision Family Eyecare. So grateful that I was able to bring my adult son to this office. The staff was warm and friendly, Dr. Treece was kind and patient with my son, and the office/waiting area is tidy and clean. Thank you for a great experience and thank you Dr. Treece for seeing a need and stepping up and filling that need. Glad you have another office that accepts private insurance! Will definitely be referring the rest of my family to you!
