I highly recommend going here! I went today and purchased a pair of glasses and also got a pair that my Medicaid fully covered! I am very happy with both pairs of glasses! All workers were very friendly and very helpful, I highly recommend Timothy Hennie! I got the pair I purchased today I am just waiting on my other ones to come in.

My wife and I were very pleased with our visit (I am 62, she is 56 yo). We had a full exam with dilation. The doctor was efficient and really hustled to see all the patients in his office. His explanations were thorough and he did not need to, nor try to sell us glasses or lenses. He offered coupons for OTC products that we needed for eye allergies. He also explained best OTC reading options and strengths. He recommended we see him in 2 years. Now, we did not have major issues. My wife may need driving glasses in 2 years, but that was it. He was honest and to the point with good bedside manner.

I ordered glasses online b/c I can't afford the ones in office, that's the main reason I went in. I only wanted to know if I entered my prescription correctly & that's it. I came in since someone named Matt told me to, I had no expectations except for an answer to my question. He checked my eyes, we spoke for a minute, he ran around doing stuff to help me then he went up to this lady who looked like she just crawled out of bed. I wish I caught her name but I did not.. she instantly had an attitude all because I ordered them online. She said, "Not to be rude but how is that my problem?" *She was being very rude the whole time but refused to speak to me* she walked up and still refused to speak to me, she acted as if I wasn't even there. Then came time to leave, she asked him in a very rude tone if he wanted her to explain it to me or if he wanted to. I was thankful he chose to because I would have just walked out, I don't go to these places to deal with rude people who don't want to do their jobs. Everything else about this place is magnificent, it's such a shame a spoiled attitude had to drop it down to 3 stars.

Love this office. Dr. Henne is very thorough with your eye exam. The ladies up front are so nice and friendly. I see much better out of my glasses that I get from him opposed to a optical discount ( chain) store.

Dr. Hennie and his crew were very nice and welcoming. Although I didn't have much money, they were very kind and allowed me to pay half of my bill and pay the remaining when my lenses came in. They didn't know of my dilemma, yet their kindness and willingness not to overwhelm customers became my blessing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for a skilled and professional eye clinic.

I visited Dr. Hennie for the first time today, mostly due to the excellent reviews I've read here. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Hennie was very knowledgeable, polite and thorough, and he made sure that all of my questions were answered, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Hennie for any of your vision needs.
