Great customer service! I was immediately greeted when entering Vision Center. Ginny was awesome - very kind, thorough and helpful. She made sure that I understood my options and cost. My glasses came in quickly - 5 days prior to estimated arrival. The associate at pick up today was equally eager to assist and very helpful. Positive experience!!

I've been doing business with the Vision Center inside of Walmart for at least 15 years! I've never been disappointed, always friendly - and eager to help! They are always willing to "run numbers" and find you the best deal they can. My vision requires a very strong prescription and they always make sure I have high quality lenses and stay true to what they say. Their $20 insurance on your purchase is UNBEATABLE, and filing a claim is the easiest experience ever. If you purchase glasses from them, PAY EXTRA for the warranty it may save you hundreds in the end!

I have been at the Walmart Vision center multiple times and each time, I am pleased with the service. Carolyn McLendon Revels is an excellent employee, has worked in a private eye doctor's office for many years and has been at Walmart for four years. She is very knowledgeable and placed me in my new glasses and sold me frames that were the best I have had. I'm disappointed Wamart has discontinued selling lite weight frameless glasses and she can't wear her's due to Walmart not selling them. She deserves the most Walmart can pay for her expertise and great customer service.

I went pick up lens today at this location. First There were no customers in the store only 3 employees. I was not allowed to in and sit. I had to wait at the door with the chain. The clerksaid she had to put my lenses in while I still stood outside the chain, then after 10 tp 15 min wait, she came and still didnt let me in to sit so she could correctly fit my glasses. Still standing outside she left me again standing to make adjustments. Came back and had me try them they seemed fine but no cleaning of glasses. This was just not necessary. I should have been allowed to go in and sit down to finish this service. Just going way overboard. I paid over $300. For these glasses but i will not purchase them here again

It will be the last time I use this store to get glasses. Customer service sucks. Charged me an extra $20 because I had my own frames.
Very unacceptable for anyone to do that.
Other vision stores gladly fill eye glass prescription even if you provide your own frames at no extra charge. More like a $20 scam.
