I honestly don't know what I expected. I waited for my appt for 50 minutes. I never met with the doctor but I could hear him. He was very much unprofessional. His comments made me feel beyond uncomfortable to the point I had to leave. I also left due to having another appointment. When I told the receptionist I was leaving she told me I was next. I told her I couldn't stay at all and if I knew I had to wait ALMOST AN ENTIRE HOUR I wouldn't have made the appointment. 10 out of 10, do not recommend.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My wife took my son here and they NEVER called back when his glasses came in, she had to drive all the way up there (we live out of town) just to get a answer & don't bother trying to call nobody ever answers. Can't even leave a voicemail cause the mailbox is always full. Pointless and waste of time. We will never come back. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

Not open on days posted, no one answers phone, once glasses are ordered you can't pick them up, been 7 weeks. Stay away from here.

Went to office in Walmart in Morganton been calling since January can't never get secretary on phone or return a call back . He rushed our appointment wasn't clear now he failed to justify prescription changes now my insurance want cover due to his negligence

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. It's really sad this is the only eye doctor in the town proper of Taylorsville.

So my review is, in part, outdated. Several years ago, when they were across from Bojangles, I had an absolutely stellar experience, in every way possible. Would've done 5 stars, were it not for the fact they're only open a couple days a week. Judgemental, on my part? Sure. Come on, though, how can you take a place of business seriously, when they have less than (typical) part time hours??
