America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have never visited this location and at least one person acted like you were bothering them at work. The first time (about two weeks ago)it was the large black lady that works there. After driving 45 mins I was 10 minutes late and apparently as indicated by her tone and expression she was agitated and informing me I was late, (I can tell time). I told her I knew I was she then told me that the doctors were probably gone and asked if I wanted her to try to get me in I replied , yes because I'm here. Later she asked me for my insurance information and I told her they usually look it up by my social. She informed me she couldn't look it up that way (her tone was nasty). I then informed her they are the only company I use and asked if she could look it up in my records. She did and she found it. You would think she would have been trying to find a way to assist me vs trying to get me to leave so they could leave. Yesterday I went in to order contacts and there was an issue with my insurance. The man with the bald head was assisting me. My company recently switched ownership and I was trying to figure out could that be the culprit. I asked him if the insurance was attention to my social or if it was attached to my employer. He got annoyed, huffed and slid a piece of paper in front of me and said "this is what I used. I didn't look at the paper but I did ask if I was bothering because he was acting like I was? He stated that he was acting that way because he had already answered my question. I told him apparently he wasn't clear because I had to ask again. After that interaction he was semi cordial while I called to figure out what the issue was. Nonetheless the people who work the front desk are always nice. Everyone else acts as though you are bothering them (which apparently I was with the white bald dude). The environment as a whole is unprofessional as a whole with all the loud talking and non work related conversations in front of customers (my first visit) Needless to say after I pick up my prescription I'm done with this location and possibly the company.

I'm new to the area. From the time I first walked in and scheduled and appointment til I left after the exam, I had a good experience. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and set me up an appointment. I appreciate the appointment reminders. The technicians and eye doctors were very nice and the exam was pleasant. The lady who took my payment took the time to explain the club benefits and answer any questions I had respectfully. She explained the charity work they do and support in helping underserved children. I will be happy to do business with them again!

I had such a good experience here today! didn't have to wait for the online doctor long at all, and was only there for an hour and 15 mins with picking glasses and everything. and i got the 2 pair plus exam for 89 deal! Natalie was such a kind help with picking glasses and pricing.

My partner got a pair of glasses from this place and they were missing a screw. Eventually, the glasses started to break down. Her lense kept popping out and separated from the frame. And then her right wing/arm broke off. I called them and the lady said they could fix them free of charge. Mind you I explained in great detail what was wrong with them. She took them in the next day and they said they couldn't fix them even though it was already clarified previously that they could be. Poor customer service. Not happy.

ZERO STARS. Made an appointment and then waited for an HOUR past my time with no explanation or estimate of when I would be seen if EVER. When I left 75 minutes after my appointment time WITHOUT BEING SEEN-there was still at least one other person in front of me. Completely unacceptable. Go elsewhere.

Great experience today. I had broken my glasses and have been wearing a old pair that have been bothering me (the nose pieces had partly broken and were starting to cut me, but I had to wear to be able to see. They were extremely uncomfortable) Anyways, Natalie fixed them for me, and also took my glasses apart and cleaned them up for me. They are a super old pair. Now they aren't causing me any discomfort, and I didn't realize exactly how dirty they were until she took them apart. They really care for their people here. I will be making an appointment here and from here on out. Thank you for today! Greatly appreciated!

A year ago this place was awesome. I scheduled an eye exam a few days ago, an hour passed my appointment time I'm still sitting waiting to be seen by a "virtual Doctor" while other people are being called in before me that showed up after me. Listening to the girls at the front desk laughing hysterically and making fun of each other and patients, which is completely unprofessional....I got up and walked out, nobody even acknowledged me. I will NEVER go back and don't recommend a place like this to anyone. More professional people need to be hired at this location, it's a three ring circus!

Kim, was absolutely amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable and kind!! A true asset to this company!!! This was our first trip to America's best but because of kim we definitely will be back and bringing everyone we know!!!!
