Doctors Vision Center

Another great experience! I've been a patient at this office for the past six years and everyone is warm and friendly and makes you feel welcome. Dr. Chris Glendenning always takes time to explain in detail any changes in my vision and answers any questions I may have. Wanda was extremely helpful in assisting me choose new frames and lenses. When my new glasses arrived, Wanda took time to adjust them and made sure they fit perfectly. I'm always welcomed when I stop by for minor adjustments or repairs. Great folks!

I am so disappointed.... Went for the first visit an had an appointment waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time. My appointment was 8 am (the first of the day)! Then after my appointment it took forever to get checked out. Then I came for my 10:45am contact lens follow up appointment today with Dr. Tracey. After waiting 25 minutes- I approached the desk and the young lady with long black hair what was going on and she was totally rude! I was looking forward to picking out glasses and frames today and getting my contacts ordered. After the non-caring rude discussion at the desk I had no desire to get my products there. I always thought it was better to have eye exams at vision centers instead of Costco or other retail stores. I will have to say the treatment at those places has been much better than what I experienced at this eye care clinic. I did not get to see the doctor on today's visit. The sad part is the doctor seemed great but her office staff left much to be desired.

I would highly recommend Doctors Vision Center's Racine Dr. location. We have been going to them for 15 years and never had any complaints. After all those years going to Chris and Tracey is like going to see a friend. They were very patient with me when I started wearing contacts. They were VERY patient with my 12 yr. old when he decided he wanted to start with contacts. I have told many friends about them when they ask where we go to get our eyes checked.

My husband and I have been coming here for approximately 6+ years. We have always been very happy with the exams and the wonderful selection of frames (etc.). We have never had to wait too long to get our exam but like most doctor's offices, complications can arise that might mean waiting a while to be seen. The Doctors here care about each patient and it shows. I can ask any question and get a straight answer and not feel like I am taking up too much of the doctor's time. The staff is great. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great doctors and a caring staff.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I was looking for a new eye doctor when I found Doctor's Vision Center in my insurance directory as an option. Upon the first call in to the office I new this was the place for me. From that first call and every interaction since the staff has been: -curtious -friendly -knowledgable -personable -FUNNY! and made me feel completely at ease. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a great eye doctor. Two thumbs up!!!

I have been going to this location for years. My doctor is Dr. Chris Glendenning. He and his staff are always friendly. I never wait long to be seen and Dr. Glendenning answers all my questions and concerns. Recently moved 2 hours away from this location but when I came home for the holidays I made sure I booked my eye appointment with Dr. Chris Glendenning. I don't trust anyone else with my eyes!

We have been going to Doctors Vision Center for 20 years - and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Tracy and Dr. Chris are great - and Laura does a fantastic job of fitting glasses.

I have been going to DVC for many years at the Racine location and have nothing but praise for their dedication and work ethic to assure that I and others have a great experience. They have been most helpful in getting me in for an unexpected occurrence. I appreciate the service that is provided.
