Dr Leann Geerts, is an a WONDERFUL DOCTOR. I came in with extreme pain in my left eye do to some metal from work she quickly numbed my eye examined it and remove the metal when I got home I was still in some discomfort and asked if I could return she waited for me 45 minutes re-examined me treated my eye a second time solve the problem gave me instructions and I'm 100% better today like she said I would I would recommend Wilmington eye and Dr Leann Geerts to all of my friends and family THANK YOU Dr Geerts and Wilmington eye.

Leann Geerts, OD, FAAO is an optometrist who suffered from eye problems at an early age. Dr. Geerts had strabismus (lazy eye) that required surgery on both of her eyes as a young child. Growing up in Michigan and Pennsylvania, optometry was familiar as far back as she can remember. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1993 in General Science. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree at Indiana University in 1998. She then completed a hospital-based ocular disease residency at the Baltimore VA Medical Center in Maryland.
