I have thoroughly enjoyed this practice and office for my eye care/health for years. Dr. Tracey Glendenning is an absolute GEM. She has always provided excellent care for me. I feel very comfortable and welcome by the whole staff and have never had even the slightest bad experience. This office is very timely, professional, and I really feel Dr. Tracey operates from a "patient first" mentality. So thankful for this practice and the whole team at Myeyedr!

I've been coming to this location for years, but will be going elsewhere after trying to make an appointment this morning. I tried to make an appointment with the doctor to discuss switching brands for contact lenses. The receptionist was pretty rude and deterring me from making an appointment. It was a super odd interaction. I had a similar situation happen at my last appointment when I was trying to schedule a follow up with a staff member. The doctors are kind and helpful, but seems as if some of the staff are overwhelmed for something to cause bitterness.

This is the worst place and the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. The front desk lady is very very rude and very unprofessional. She's not there to assist the patients, but to make their life measurable. I really regret coming to this place, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with this location because the front desk lady was really rude and very unprofessional. The owner of this place needs to tell her to treat patients with respect
