First eye appointment in a long time. I needed to upgrade my glasses and get an exam. Doctor was remote and very quick but all the ladies that work at this location where very helpful, friendly, and professional.They helped me with my exam and answering all my questions, including those about insurance. Super accomodating in helping me choose my new glasses. Definitely would recommend.

I had my first appointment at MyEyeDr on Oleander Dr in Wilmington. The tech, Abby, and Dr. Sarah Smith were absolutely wonderful! Extremely kind, patient, and professional. On the other hand, Michael, the gentleman who helped me with frames and lens, was rude and very unprofessional. He was pushing me to purchase expensive designer frames with all the highest upgrades of lenses. When I asked if I could think about it for a few days, he flipped on a dime and asked me why I wasted so much of his time, if I wasn't purchasing them today. I told him this was my first time needing prescription glasses. He was very short with me. He then hurried to check me out and tried to charge me for services I did not receive. He argued with me about that, too. Before I left, I asked him if there was a patient portal or anyway I could get a copy of what was done at my exam today. He just stared at me and said no. I asked again and he told me I didn't need that. Michael's part of my appointment was very uncomfortable and I hate the thought of anyone else feeling the way I did. Again, 5 stars for Abby and Dr. Smith! Thank you, ladies!

I had an Outstanding experience, at My Eye Doctor. Hannah assisted me, along with Summer Great team I'm happy with the virtual eye exams. The eye Doctor explained everything very well did a awesome job. I like Oleander location everyone very friendly.

Would give 0 stars if possible. My appointment was for 9:20 and I was not seen until 9:55. This was a virtual Dr and once I was taken back there was still a long wait: my. Entire appointment took 2 hours. My husbands appointment was for 9:40 and they had him wait until 11:05 before the were ready. Absolutely insane to wait 1hour 25 min when you have an appointment.

I have been going to another eye dr for years. Finally being tired of their lack of availability, customer service and quality care... I opted to switch to another office. My visit today at the oleander location was phenomenal! Everything from scheduling, walking in, preliminary diagnostics and seeing the doctor has been top notch. Azunay, the tech, was upbeat and knowledgeable. Dr Sarah Smith was wonderful and actually provided me the quality exam I've been seeking. Quick and proficient. Christine got me squared away with my contacts and helped me a great deal figuring out my insurance. Hands down, I haven't been so satisfied with an office in 20 years! Wonderful ladies at this office and I'm so happy to now be their patient. Highly recommended!

I saw Dr Yelverton at my exam visit and contact fitting and evaluation. She was so pleasant, thorough, took a great deal of time with me, and educated me on some new technology that has greatly helped me with my vision correction. Remember when a visit to the eye doctor guaranteed a very long wait? Not at this visit. I arrived early, was seen early, and finished in great time to get to my next appointment of the day without rushing. What a perfect experience!

Came in with new insurance and they found all my information without issue. Kim the optical technician was amazing getting me set up with all my various eye tests to see my doctor. Very personable, nice, funny yet professional. Would recommend this location for the staff and care they provide.
