Had a truly wonderful experience at this office. It was my first eye appointment in years! So needless to say I was a little nervous , but Dr. Hendrix and her staff made me feel so at ease. When it came time to purchase glasses I worked with both Tammy and Steven, I have to say they were both a riot. All the staff , and I do you mean ALL helped me pick out my new glasses. It was a five-star experience all around. This will be my new eye doctor from now on!

Dr. Amanda Hendrix is amazing! My appointment was quick and easy. Tami helped me pick out the cutest pair of glasses. Love these ladies at the Monkey Junction My Eye Doctor! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience today at MyEyeDr at Myrtle Grove. The tech who gave me my preliminary tests did a great job. Dr. Amanda was wonderful as usual and gave me a thorough exam and gave me a good health check as well. The optical tech was very thorough and went through all the options with me. I know I will be very satisfied with my new glasses.

The service was great, but I don't like that they added extra features to my glasses without asking me first. They said that it would save me money to add these features, but they didn't provide any evidence that this was true. I wish I had asked for an analysis, but I was in a hurry. That is partly on me and partly on them. It felt a bit scammy.

I never write reviews but after this experience I was compelled. They were rude, evasive about pricing and completely tried to rip me off. Advertised eye exam and 1yr of contacts for $199. I mentioned this during their phone appt confirmation and when I went in. After the exam I was told that the contacts I was prescribed did not qualify for 1yr free supply. I accepted the "catch", but when she told me I owed $305 for the exam, there was no reasonable explanation why the exam would be an additional $105. I told them I was prepared to pay what they had advertised ( there was absolutely nothing in the terms and conditions that disqualified) or they could keep the prescription and I'd go elsewhere. The GM grabbed the free samples the doctor had given me , raised her voice and told me not to leave or she was calling the police. I again agreed to pay the $199. The GM printed the invoice, said a couple unkind things, accepted payment but still refused to return the free samples the doctor had given me. I should have read the other reviews before I went.

My entire experience was great. Everyone was warm and kind. Dr. Hendrix was friendly, accommodating and informative but concise. Tami, out front, was wonderful also. As I am self-pay, she worked with me to get me the best deal and was thorough and patient. She gave me great advice to help me find the best frames for my face and left me with all the information I needed to proceed, making me feel comfortable and appreciated. Can't say enough good things!

Very nice staff, patient when they had to call my insurance to make sure I was covered. I felt really comfortable there as a first-time glasses wearer!

Ms. Hendrix is wonderful. She is so bubbly, friendly, and very comforting. Thank you for your personable attitude ane help getting my father "seeing" again!
