This eye clinic is TOP NOTCH!!! I had a medical eye problem and no eye doctor. They got me scheduled for an exam the next day. The person who took my call was kind and courteous! The techs were professional and reassuring. Dr Buterbaugh was the BEST!! He took his time, explained my condition, answered my questions and made me feel completely taken care of!! One month later I was back for a follow up and complete eye exam. AGAIN- EVERYONE at this practice was professional, welcoming, understanding and helpful! Megan helped me pick out frames and work out a budget for glasses and sunglasses. She took her time and was just GREAT!! I highly recommend this place and will be spreading the word!

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson at MyEyeDr for years, and he is the reason I keep coming back. My husband and I both had appointments recently, and once again the experience was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dr. Jackson always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we feel comfortable with our eye care. A special thank you to Darryl, who helped us with our glasses selection. I had an experience today at MyEyeDr Mayfaire that reflects the love, kindness, and generosity of God. The team here went above and beyond to help someone facing a serious vision problem who had no ability to pay for care. After hearing this person's difficult situation, Office Manager Kylie Bush and Dr. Krista Roberts didn't hesitate--they scheduled a same-day eye exam and will shortly provide eyeglasses at a significantly discounted rate. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to step in during a moment of real need were extraordinary. The person receiving these glasses is absolutely thrilled and deeply grateful. Kylie is an expert and skilled at delivering everything an eye patient customer could want. She very personalized every part of the process - finances, fitting, lenses, future servicing - most of all listening- all while moving process efficiently - wrapped it right up ! Perfect !

Dr. Roberts was great, but I have some infection prevention concerns on the technicians part. First of all, she wore the same pair of gloves in and out of the room for every part of my exam, without over changing them or washing her hands. She was also using ONLY alcohol pads for cleaning all the equipment (also while never changing gloves). I asked if that was all she had to clean with and she said the approved cleaning wipes were causing cracks in her skin. She was very nice, but needs quite a bit of education on the appropriate use of gloves and cleaning between patients. I'm truly not usually one to write reviews, but this was worrisome.

I went to myeyedr for the 1st time ever today. I had such a great experience I had to write about it. Dr. Buterbaugh was the best. Took his time to explain everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable. Then I went to pick out my glasses. Megan helped me. She was so professional with everything. We picked out 6 pairs and with her help I narrowed it down to the pair i decided to get. I will be going back whenever I need glasses! Keep up the good work Megan!

My son (11) started complaining about not being able to see the board at school, so we knew it was time to get his eyes checked. We were able to schedule an appointment with ease and our experience from the receptionist to the glasses technician was excellent. He was very nervous, but Dr Buterbaugh was wonderful with him. He explained every step and my son thought it was cool to see the scans of his eyes. Logan helped us with glasses, and we are so grateful for her expertise. His head is in between child and adult sizes, so she helped find frames that fit him best. She also took extra time to explain how to best wear and care for his glasses. We are so very pleased that we chose this practice!

I hardly write reviews but after experiencing how kind all the staff here are, I just had to share. I haven't gotten new glasses in a long time and I've always been use to my parents helping with making the appointments and going with me, etc. So this was my first time without much guidance and I was having a lot of trouble getting my insurance coverage figured out before my appointment but everyone I spoke with on the phone was so understanding and patient and did their best to help me, even reached out to my insurance provider for me and just honestly went above and beyond. They are just as kind in person as they are over the phone and as someone that's very socially anxious it made my experience go so smoothly. Thank you to all of the staff for your kindness. It does wonders!!
