Omni Eye Specialists

This was my first visit to this office, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming, courteous, and professional, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Dr. Walters was exceptionally friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the exam, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease. Her professionalism, knowledge, and approachable demeanor truly stood out and made the appointment a positive experience. Overall, Dr. Walters and the entire staff made the visit well worth the drive. I left feeling confident in the care I received and very satisfied with the service. I look forward to returning for my next eye exam and would highly recommend this office to others.

It was my first time at Omni Eye and I was very impressed. They got me in early for my appointment and everyone was extremely nice. They did a thorough exam and explained everything including what the exam and glasses would cost. I was also impressed that no one pushed me into buying new glasses.

My visit with Dr. Walters was overwhelmingly positive. The front-desk and support staff were calm, friendly, and very organized, and the entire facility was clean and inviting. Dr. Walters herself was fantastic -- warm, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood everything. She encouraged questions and made me feel completely at ease. The adjoining eyeglass frame shop also impressed me with its excellent selection and helpful guidance from Amy in choosing the right frames. Overall, a top-notch experience from start to finish.

Staff members were extremely sweet, patient ams understanding. Daniel is professional and knowledgeable! My 21 year old daughter is ready to make an appointment. Peaceful atmosphere. I love the fish tank!

The front desk ladies were very helpful and very polite. Courtney Walters was very informative and made sure that I understand everything she said. She's kind, friendly and I could tell she's very concerned about my concerns. A very intelligent and skilled doctor.

Omni Eye lost my glasses in the mail for 3 weeks (only insured for $100 despite being worth $800+). I asked the package be insured for full price - BTW! When they finally arrived back in Wilmington, my mom had to hand deliver them to me in Denver due to their horrible shipping. After that, the lenses popped out after just 5 wears. After looking closely, there's a missing screw and cap that holds screw in on my frames, so they did not put it back together correctly These frames were irreplaceable for me as I got them on vacation. When I asked for help, the practice manager refused to reimburse or fix their mistake except "to go in Denver" where I now live. Lost package, damaged frames, zero accountability. We were consistent clients of Omni, but due to their negligence - I can no longer recommend. Edit: in response to Omni's comment. I have called and the response was nothing can be done. The lense popping out seems to be the case for other clients in reviews (see other lowest)! This is exactly what happened to me and they are not willing to or reimburse. Make it right by reimbursing your clients.

The Omni eye team was very nice! They answered all the questions I had and knew exactly what I needed. I had such a great experience that I scheduled my son a visit here too! Thanks for a great experience.

Dr. Schultz at Omni is always top-notch; her clinical skill and bedside manner make her one of the best doctors I've ever had caring for me. Very grateful for her!
