Dr. Patel is great. The office staff is phenomena. I took my 91 year old mother for an eye exam last week. She has macular degeneration and hadn't had a regular eye exam in a while. The girls/staff were so nice, welcoming, and they made my mother feel so special. It was not just a regular eye exam, it touched our hearts with how the staff treated my mother. It was moving. Thank you so much for such a heart warming visit.

My appointment was with Dr Thomas. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr Thomas was very knowledgeable and informative. He took his time and did a great job at explaining about the sclera lenses. He made his recommendation going forward with a plan and will send his notes, etc. to my doctor. He gave me hope for my limited vision. The office staff was very pleasant and professional. Overall, everything was a "10+"

I needed prompt attention for a concern with my eye (that had a detached retina once). The receptionist, when speaking on the phone, and in person was very courteous and helpful. The assistant who did my preliminary exams was also very courteous, helpful and explained exactly what we needed to do. The doctor, when he came in, did a thorough exam, explained everything clearly and left me without any doubts and with good advice for the future.

Beautiful and relaxing office setting. The personnel was very attentive and I enjoyed the pre-meeting where they took all the pictures and prepared everything for Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul wasted no time in reviewing the information, looking at my eyes, diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution for me. I had an some very concerning symptoms over the weekend that needed to be checked immediately. My regular optometrist didn't have an emergency number, but I was lucky enough to find Paul Vision Institute. Though I wasn't even a current patient, I was able to leave a message for the on-call doctor, receive a prompt return call, and quickly be seen on a Sunday afternoon. Dr. Taylor was thorough, kind, and reassuring; I appreciated that he the took the time to listen, explain what was happening, and to answer all my questions. I had never really considered the importance of having access to emergency eye care, but that's now high on my list of criteria when choosing an eye doctor. My family will definitely be returning to Paul Vision Institute.

Dr Robertson of the Paul Vision institute provided excellent, above and beyond care for my mother. Dr. Robertson was patient, understanding and gave excellent solutions for my mother's diminishing eye site. Many doctors do not address elderly patients; they speak only to the care giver. Dr. Robertson addressed my mother with respect and took extra time to be sure her needs were met.
