Such outstanding customer care! I got a prescription at this location 3 years ago and they were the best of help to me then. Today three years later I went back and was treated with such kindness and generosity. Today I met Rachel, the branch Manager for Stanton Optical over here in the university center. She has over 16 years of experience and gave me the best customer service today. THANK YOU RACHEL! I've needed prescription glasses since I was on the sixth grade and have always had up-and-down experiences. It just gives me such a peace of mind to know that I can go somewhere and find reliable optical care!

I was greeted by a smiling Sales Manager Shawn. He asked me what I needed and we got started. Morgan the Dr. Tech performed all the tests at the start. She is extremely knowledgeable. Answered every question clearly. She has such a pleasant personality. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. She was so wonderful during the exam phase. Everything was submitted to the doctor. Shortly thereafter, I went home with my trials. The discounts for my exam and contacts was amazing. I will definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone needing new glasses or contacts.

Made an appointment but when I arrived it was a first come first serve basis so I waited over a hour. Rushed ViRTUAL exam! When I received my glasses the prescription was terribly off. Gee, I wonder why? Super flimsy frames that broke on day 2! I have been wearing glasses for over 45 years and this has never happened before. Even as a kid! I went back with my broken glasses and the employees were super helpful and apologetic. They reexamined me to try to "fix" my prescription. That was over 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for my new frames with an updated prescription. BEWARE It costs WAY more than advertised!! You are better off at Walmart, Sam's or Costco!!!

I was nervous about getting new glasses as my last experience was extremely expensive. Stanton optical staff were extremely kind and patient from the start, not just with me, but with their other clients as well.
There were several issues that came up while trying to get my insurance to go through but they kept me updated the entire time, and when it appeared to be going nowhere, they found me a much better deal than what my insurance would have offered.
all of my questions were answered, and in the end, my new glasses came out to less than half of what I paid at visionworks two years ago. I'd definitely highly recommend this location, and want to thank the staff for turning what is normally a stressful experience for me, into a very enjoyable one!

My test went smoothly, the technician was very professional and efficient. After my exam, Wendy helped me with finding frames and ordering glasses. She was kind, patient, and mindful of my budget. She made my experience easy and enjoyable. I will come back!
