Dr. Schadt is an outstanding doctor. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable, listened carefully, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your treatment and feel supported. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. I left my appointment feeling confident and well taken care of. Wilmington is lucky to have a doctor like him! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable eye-care specialist.

Very informative, I knew what to expect. The staff was wonderful. I don't understand why my prescription had to come from far away vs right in my neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacy did not get what I submitted and as a result the Drs office called the same prescription in the morning of my surgery. It was 25% of the total cost of the same thing being mailed...late .

From reception through actual interaction with the doctor, the experience was so very positive. Courteous, helpful, professional yet friendly in a comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

My experience at Surgical Eye Care was great!!! The receptionists, the nurses and the doctor were all welcoming and it made me so at ease. They fully explained all the the procedures that were to be done and that really made me feel even more comfortable. I highly recommend Surgical Eye Care to all.

Zero common sense. Just check the box and get paid. They forced an 80-year-old to go straight from surgery, still under anesthesia, to the office for a follow-up. Gotta make that money $$. Apparently the surgeon's doing the exact same minutes before wasn't good enough. The stars are for the front desk staff. They did everything they could to make the best of a completely asinine situation.

The consultation went well. I'm having cataract surgery with the prescription lens that are adjusted with ultraviolet light. Several people I know have had this done and both eyes were done within several days. My procedures are scheduled 2 weeks apart and I'm a little concerned how I will be able to work let alone perform daily functions for that length of time. Hoping for the best

Doctor Hawkins is caring, joyful, welcoming, full of laughter, and puts his patients at ease. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Lord, and Dr. Hawkins!

Dr Hawkins is very personable and the techs were very helpful and explained things well. When I needed to be seen post-op quickly that got me in ASAP
