Went early on a Saturday morning, in and out within 45 min. No hassel, no issues. Representative was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. While servicing me, let other customers know how she was aware and she would be with them shortly. Yet not interrupting the quality of attention provided to me. Great job.

Purchased this pair less than a year ago with all the additions you can think of and with another pair added, spent a fair bit of money which is beside the point. The lenses are separating and forming pockets of air inside which is not something I've seen after wearing glasses for 25 years and going through 12 plus prescriptions over the years. I have nothing against the staff working at the company as everyone was professional and nice but there is something to say about the quality of the product and a way to stand behind it. I was told that the purchase being made over 100 days ago and me not purchasing Insurance, there was nothing they could do for me. Well, insurance is there to protect you from breakages and damage. This is a quality issue. I take care of my glasses as they are on my face all day long. I clean them properly as I've always done with previous pairs. To say the least, I'm dissatisfied and disappointed as all I was offered as a solution was to purchase a full price set of 2 (not 1) lenses to fix this. Oh well, I'll go someplace else next time.

The young lady that helped me, Erica, was very nice and helped me select my frames. She was patient and listened to me and had some helpful suggestions. She explained about the lenses and measurements etc. I look forward to getting my new glasses soon. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Dianna was great. Helped me get the best prices for several pairs of eyeglasses. She was by herself in the store with some other customers waiting but she was able to be very helpful with me and didn't make me feel rushed.

I have always had a great experience with Visionworks. Over the years, they have had the best of the best service. Always had what I needed and was looking for, whether it be contact wear or eyeglasses wear.

Giving benefit of the doubt on service, but can't attest because they were not open during posted open hours today, Sunday, July 20. Google profile says open 11-4 on Sundays. Went at 11:45 am and store is not open. Hours on door also say they open at 11 am. Will go somewhere else for glasses. Welcome owner's feedback and response.

I was able to use the buy-one-get-one-half-off coupon which saved me money. Service was excellent. Quick and professional. Took all the time I needed while trying on frames. Highly recommend this business.
