I ordered my glasses on February 23rd. After 12 days I was informed that the lab had scratched one of the lens and they had to remake the whole order and it would be a few more days before they would be shipped out. Three days later I was told that the order had been messed up again, although they wouldn't tell me why...this time.and a rush was being put on the order and they would have them in a few days. It's March 20th and I still don't have my glasses. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and all I get is the run around. I can't cancel my order because it went through my insurance and it could take months before I would be able to get another pair of glasses or put out $700 out of my own pocket to buy a pair. I can't afford that so I'm trapped by their incompetence. I will, never again, go to any Walmart Vision center.

Every time i go to the eye doctor here they are never open. I come her every time for my eye appointments for years and every time i have issues. They just changed it where they are only open on tuesdays and fridays..... no where does that say that anywhere online. So aggravating, will not be coming back.

Well they were nice but they got it all wrong and would not make it right I called and they would not fix my issues will never go there again they tried to tell me to give it there days to adjust
