I am insured through medicaid and received great service at this location. They have a very small selection of frames for people with medicaid ( other places have a bigger and better selection pool) so I took a star away. Otherwise, I was happy with my visit. The lady who helped me was very nice.

Thalmon Ruela Campagnoli, MD injects my eye every four to six weeks. He is the fourth physician to inject my eye (for macular degeneration) over the past eight years. He is the only one to complete the process without causing pain. The other three physicians before him caused much pain on injection and for a full day thereafter. I recommend him. Note that I am a retired university professor and not a physician.

Don't ever go here. The clinic was bought by Essentia and Essentia either can't accept or process your vision insurance. Be very careful are you will be $402 for an eye exam that is less then a $100 at Costco and walmart. Be warned don't go here.
