I am very frustrated with the care I have received regarding my contact orders, since Nov. by the people in the front. I love the eye doctor , zero complaints with that part, but the issues I have encountered with the desk/phone ladies makes me not want to even give them another chance and take my business elsewhere.
I ordered a FULL year supply of contacts over the phone, 12/26, specifically because the lady on the other end of the line said what my total out of pocket would be,and it was justifiable for me to have them until my exam in 2027. She also suggested the contacts be shipped to the store because it's a big box.
I go to pick them up and it's only 4 boxes, equaling 6 months, not a year.
In Nov i asked for my trial contacts to be sent to my house. I waited weeks, finally called for any update, and the lady on the other end of the phone said "oh, they are here in a drawer".

Loved the experience. They were very adaptive to my limited schedule. When I got there, greeted by multiple people and little to no wait time. Very friendly and informative staff! Was first assisted by an intern who was so eager to answer questions completely. When the Dr came in, I didn't think there was anything else he could provide, but he also provided even more detail to the questions I had. Sometimes the best feeling after leaving a medical type appointment, is simply the feeling of being informed. Thanks!

Very thorough and easy to work with! Appointment is typically right on the scheduled time, which I really appreciate. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the back is very pleasant as well. The online appointment scheduling and email confirmations are great, and are a big time saver. Not the cheapest place in town to get glasses, but you get what you pay for. Great hours, evenings and weekends available, which makes finding an appointment time that fits your needs so much simpler. Thanks guys!

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at Eyecare Associates. I saw Dr. Jangula and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. I am excited to get my new glasses. They have all the latest styles. I could have gotten 10 pair ! The assistants were great and didn't "hover" over me as I was looking for frames. Everyone was very friendly and their COVID protection methods were very thorough. Good experience !!

I was very impressed with the staff here! They were all extremely nice and welcoming. My wait time while there was minimal and they fit me in for an appointment only a couple weeks out. It is very clean and new! I will be keeping them as my primary eye doctor!
