I had a really disappointing experience here. At my first appointment, I left with a new prescription and contacts the doctor suggested, but everything was blurry and off. I gave it a day, but by the next afternoon I had a terrible headache. When I compared it to my old prescription from my previous eye doctor, it couldn't have been more different.
I went back to have my eyes rechecked and even brought my old prescription, but they basically just gave me the same one I already had without actually redoing the exam. I don't understand why I was charged for an exam if nothing was properly evaluated. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed with me, even though the issue was their mistake. I paid $300 for what was essentially my old prescription. Would not recommend.
