Edited: i would save the trouble and get your glasses through Zenni.. I basically had ordered through Zenni when I was had problems with my first pair. Within a couple of days the frames cracked. Very poor quality and i really want to enjoy these glasses that i got from Sanford but cant because I'm scared that it will break well I mean it cracked i mean completely cracked in half when I was just sitting down.. Not planning on going back to Sanford and reorder another pair just so it can do the same thing over again basically waste of my time and gas and also wear and tear on my vehicle. Originally what i first posted: So I went to get an exam someplace else and used my prescription here and ordered glasses got these in September they cracked at the frame and now the arm is broken.. poor quality but definitely cute colors.. Just wish I can flippin see better which i did reorder because under warranty.

The Dr. Was intelligent, thorough and efficient. The office admin is good too. Fast:)

Dr. Genereaux is simply the best. I went in for a routine eye exam and he was concerned I may have diabetes. He referred me to another doctor, and it was confirmed that I had diabetes. I feel he saved my life that day, and I will be forever grateful. He explained everything so thoroughly and in a way I could understand in all my follow-up appointments

Dr. Breen was very thorough with my eye exam as this was my first visit. She took time to rule out some possible concerns and shared the test results with me and explained them to be sure I understood. She was focused on my care and was very approachable. I highly recommend her to others.

Dr Zieman is great. The optical staff is another story. I have tried on more than one occasion to deal with the staff for several different reasons. The office is just very disorganized and chaotic. They've all been nice enough if you can handle the wait to actually speak to one of them.

I purchased my glasses and they were great. I used my warranty to replace my lenses that were scratched. I went to pick up my glasses and they were not correct. I was told by the staff that they were fine and everything checked out as far as the prescription. Again I told them that are not correct. They said they would send them back to the lab. They the called me and stated that the lab "found some inconsistencies" in my lenses. We repeated this process 3 times. It should not have taken 4 times to get my glasses made correctly. Also if a patient is telling the staff that their glasses are not correct, the staff should not insist that they are correct. Also admit that the glasses were made wrong instead of "there are some inconsistencies " in the lenses. I would not recommend getting glasses here.

If you are looking for a fantastic optometrist , Dr. Genereux is an excellent choice! He is extremely knowledgeable and sincerely cares about your eye health! Also, you could not ask for a kinder human!

Jeff is excellent Physician was very good Tons of issues and excuses why lab can't fix their mistakes. 3 weeks so far, for new lenses and counting. Taking no accountability, put it off on the lab. Lab seems poorly managed, but this falls on the optical center.
