I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great customer service experience! Annette has been very helpful and kind whenever I visit! A very convenient location and they really care about their customers.

Beware of what you are telling eye doctor while getting exam. My husband went in for exam only. While exam was going on he happened to mention something about a floater in his eye. So instead of billing his insurance for a routine eye exam, they billed it as a medical exam. When he left with his receipt it showed the normal 0 balance like it normally does. Then almost 2 months later we get a bill in the mail that we owe for the exam. His insurance denied it because they billed it as medical and not routine eye exam and he had not met his deductible. He only went in for the exam because they kept calling that he was overdue for exam.He said he would have never even mentioned the floater if he would have known they were going to screw him out of his free exam. We called to complain about this. They don't seem to understand that he only went in for the routine eye exam. UPDATE....as you see I got a response on my post. Have yet to hear if this issue will be resolved.

Dr. Guler is very knowledgeable and professional. Rachel and Annette encourage continued visits through their professional and friendly service.

I have had trouble with my glasses for sometime. I decided to go to Shopko Optical and they were so pleasant and corrected all the problems I was having with my glasses. Rachel helped me get the adjustments. Thank you very much!

Good people working here. Came in with my glass broken they fixed me quickly. Very nice people.

The staff at this location pour their hearts into their patients. Annette is always willing to give accepting service. Chey will do anything in her power to give an efficient and pleasant experience at this location. Dr. Guler's love for each and every patients no matter the age is far above and beyond. When you visit the Fargo Shopko Optical you will always be greeted with smile and ready attitudes of great customer service.

I have received my eye care with Dr. Kensok for years and she has been a wonderful eye doctor. Unfortunately she has had a booked schedule for the past 2 years so I have started seeing Dr. Guler who I have found is also a great eye doctor. Rachel has a wealth of knowledge and is very professional in her customer interactions. Annette has impeccable customer service skills, is welcoming, and listens to the customer. Shopko Optical is blessed to have all four of these employees.

They all treated me nice and welcomed me in as soon as I walked in the door.
