If I could give them 10 stars I would ! Tina, Bella and the entire team went above and beyond against all odds to ensure that my husband had his prescription in time for a last minute cross country road trip.
We were not even previous clients of Advanced Eye care but were in town for a doctors visit.
All we had was his previous prescription in Hand, and the fact that our vision insurance referred us to them. We stopped in unannounced, no appointment yet they understood the urgency of him needing his prescription in less than two weeks; and they pulled it off. They followed his prescription glasses from start to finish to ensure that they were moving along in the process and even helped me coordinate expedited shipping .
I didn't think we had a chance of such a tall order But they pulled it off!
Everyone was so kind and so helpful and we cannot thank them enough!

Dr. Julie was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything she was doing in detail and was incredible informative. I've had pictures of the back of my eye before, but no one had ever given me as detailed an explanation with everything being pointed out before. I was honestly amazed by the amount of time she spent explaining everything to me, it was greatly appreciated. The entire staff is wonderful, and while you might pay a little extra for the extra testing, it's well worth it.

All around a very pleasant experience! This was one of my first times at the eye doctor so naturally it was all a bit overwhelming. I was greeted by a pleasant, smiling receptionist who made me feel welcome right away and eased a lot of my nerves. The optometrist, Dr. Julie, and the technician were both wonderful! Dr. Julie explained everything clearly of what was going on with my eyes, how that was different than what she normally sees and what to expect from my glasses. I would definitely recommend her to others in the future! My only comment is prescription sunglasses were pushed really hard by the optician despite my declining them which became a little frustrating.
