Trinity Regional Eyecare - Western Dakota

Used to be good but lacks providers now and the admin staff have forgotten who they work for. I called to reschedule an appt and they tried to tell me I could only do that the day of the appt and wanted to argue with me about why I wasn't coming. I love Dr. Raymond and his nurses but trying to deal with the front office drones is impossible.

Had to go for a lung infection last year. Doctor that saw me called me and asked if I was OK, just one question. Didn't know it was him that called. Got a bill in the mail that called that a follow up visit. Dinged my credit as I tried to have it removed. Finally ate the fee cause it was more expensive being on my credit report. Treatment was fine here, this doc had some shady practices though. Don't think he works there anymore but I would watch your credit card statement and such.

The Dr. at this facility told me that I was likely to be blind in 2 months w/o aggressive care. Then wrote RX that poisoned me, when I told him I wouldn't take it the fill in nurse called me a liar on my condition and Dr. wrote in the medical records my eyes were in "pristine" condition. He stated my inability to see would "self resolve" although the MRI report showed major side effects of my disease. The staff at the clinic were rude, the clinic manager refused to take my call when they wrote false statements in my medical records and I questioned it. The Dr own notes contradict themselves and the Medical Records in no way match what I was told in person in the office.

If there was a Zero rating they would get it. My 88 year old mom was taken to the cleaners. She was sold a pair of glasses over a grand that she can't wear. Why? Put her in no line bifocals that she never has worn and she can't get used to (which I tried to change two days after she was in), put every option on the lenses (she couldn't hear what they were saying) including computer glare (she doesn't have a computer). As far as I am concerned this was elder abuse.

Wrong prescription, paid in full at checkout and 3 months later got a bill for nothing. Called about it last month and they said I was paid in full and got another bill. I suggest any other place but here. A trip to Billings or Fargo would be less of a headache

Wished I could put a big fat 0! I have never been treated so rudely in any physicality. RUN...go find a different place to be seen.

Always nice clean Doc's are great unlike across the street.. =/

All the nurses are nice you get in right at your appointment time
