I am so sorry I cannot remember this lovely woman's name but she was the Technician that assisted with the doctor. She brought me back from the waiting area into the exam room and performed a lot of the testing. She was so calming and her vibe was just . She was perfect. While waiting for the check out process I saw her interact with a young young child probably no more than 2 or 3 years old and she was absolutely amazing with this child. Just as calming and at ease with this little one as with any adult in the room. She is a breath of fresh air. The check in process was also very fun and the ladies smile and laugh with you and the same ladies are checking you out and also had lots of fun and you can tell they all want to be there and they want you to be there and they enjoy helping and making you smile as well as see your best! The doctors are all very concerned with your care and very on top of patient care. My mother and my daughter both see different doctors here than I do so I have experience with at least 3 of them so youre golden with any of them you get I feel!

Good experience, very professional, very patient and child friendly. Took my 5 year old for an exam and was informed he was far sighted and needed glasses. The assistant was very nice to my son, the Dr. was very patient and willing to take time and listen. The technician took time to help my son pick out glasses. I couldn't ask for a better experience as far as these things go. Thank You.

I wasn't happy that I had to pay 35 dollars for a year warranty when it never cost anything before. Everything new should have a warranty that you don't have to pay for. I also wasn't happy about how long everything took. My appointment was at 2:30 and they wanted me there at 2:00, in which I was, I didn't get out out of there until 4:00, that is way to long. Other than that every thing else was ok I guess. It wasn't a real good experience there, it never really is though.

I didn't have a appointment and they worked me in and the service was great and the doctor was extremely helpful. The glasses aera personal were very helpful and professional. Yes this is where ill always come back to get my glasses from now on

Dr. Fearing has been our optometrist for many years. He has always been very professional, willing to make sure we completely understand and are satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend him. Only gave it a 4 star cause the check out process after picking out or glasses took longer than the rest of the appt. Was told to have a seat and they would call my name when they were ready to process my payment, yet several other people came from the optical center and went straight to the receptionist to check out. Was told it would be just a minute as the receptionist said she was just finishing up with mine. Then another person went up to her desk and a different worker took over her counter and started having a conversation with said person. The lady that was working on mine that was sitting at her desk with a bewildered look and kept mouthing I'm sorry to me as the other 2 continued on with their covering her cubicle. Very un professional of the other workers space and not asking the said customer to take a seat and wait her turn. Meanwhile I missed my 5:00 commitment cause of this. My exam and my husbands took less than 45 minutes and another hour and 15 to get checked out.

The nurse that took me back to the doctors room was nice and patient when I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't hear. The doctor was good as well and answered my question. The lady that helped me with getting the order set up for my glasses was why I only gave 3 stars. She talked too fast and was impersonal. When I had to have her repeat herself she gave me a look and kept going. When I asked questions she didn't take the time to answer them. I felt like she didn't take a moment to listen.

On 01/07/2026 I had ab eye emergency. I walked into the clinic right at 8am and they were able to get me into my Dr asap. They are always amazing and we're super helpful!

Eye exam for new contacts went smoothly. Friendly office staff and Dr. Fearing is great! I recommend Williston Basin Eyecare! They also have a large selection of glasses to choose from!
