Ekstremt darlig kundeservice!!! Kjopt et par oakley solbriller, kom pa hotellet og syntes brillene var litt sma. Ikke brukt, kun provd. Kommer tilbake dagen etter og onsker a bytte til en litt storre modell. Far ikke lov a bytte briller siden jeg ikke har noe byttelapp klistret pa esken. Ble ikke informert eller tilbudt noen bytte lapp ved kjop. Og lar meg da ikke bytte til tross for at hun i butikken kan fysisk se at brillene er i helt perfekt stand! Styr unna!
