I went to Krogh Optikk Majorstuen for an eye exam and told the optician that I was having trouble seeing at a distance. After a quick and dry set of tests, they concluded that I needed reading glasses "because i'm over 40". This seemed odd to me, as I have no issues seeing up close. I decided to get a second opinion from another optician, who instead concluded that I needed a minus prescription for distance vision. I returned to Krogh Optikk to ask about their initial prescription and whether they wanted to double-check their assessment. At first, they offered a free second check, but the manager later refused and insisted on standing by their original evaluation. Since I'm still struggling with distance vision, I'll likely seek a third opinion before getting glasses. However, I wanted to share my experience with Krogh Optikk Majorstuen.
