We called in to the shop today as we are on holiday, and had a pair of glasses that had lost a very small screw. We were immediately helped by a very pleasant young woman, who immediately replaced the screw, and refused any payment. We promised her a glowing review, and we were shocked to see the complaints in so many other reviews of this shop. We can only conclude that things have massively improved! Zero customer service. Three shop assistants -- one stuck at the register, the other two vanished the moment I walked in. No greeting, no offer to help. What's the point? Might as well shop online and skip the disappointment.

Would appreciate if the employees can have consistent information!
2 weeks ago we visited the store for a pair of sunglasses that were damaged due the manufacturer fault. The helpful employee told us that if we bring the receipt they'll exchange according to the manufacturer policy.
However, today, after waiting for the employee to finish his giggly chat in the storage room for 10 mins and another employee prompting him to help us out and it was a completely different attitude. He said nothing could be done and told us to email the manufacturer and that was it. When we mentioned what his other colleague told us to do 2 weeks ago, he just shrugged and said no that's not possible.
Went to Brilleland afterwards and fixed the problem in a minute. A very great way to lose your customers to Brilleland!

Jeg fikk dessverre ikke god eller tilstrekkelig hjelp hos Synsam i forbindelse med tilpasning av kontaktlinser.
Etter synstesten matte jeg vente i nesten to maneder pa et provepar linser, og da de endelig kom, var ubehagelige pa oynene. Jeg onsket a prove ulike merker for a finne det som fungerer best for meg, men fikk beskjed om at linsene jeg allerede hadde fatt var "de beste", og at de derfor ikke kunne hjelpe meg videre.
I tillegg ble det heller ikke tilbudt noen form for kompensasjon for den lange ventetiden.
Darlig kundebehandling og skuffende opplevelse.

Opplevde mangelfull oppfolging etter synsundersokelsen. Resultater ble ikke sendt uten at jeg purret, og sporsmal i etterkant ble ikke besvart av optiker, kun via assistent. Dette gjorde at jeg matte ga videre til en annen optiker for videre vurdering.
