Awful experiences at Synsam Vika.
They provided me with blurry glasses and refused to take responsibility - either the other optician or me must have been wrong. After several visits and continued dissatisfaction they recommended to simply wear the glasses for two weeks - which gave me severe headaches.
I found out they had switched the left and right glasses. Their amateurism I could have lived with, but the complete unwillingness to take responsibility and totally unsympathetic responses were pathetic.

Came in for a lens check. The optician didn't seem to know what he was doing, to the point that he after the check said that everything was fine and that my corrections are the same.
Afterwards I booked another check as I felt that I had hard time seeing in the dark, and after he checked, he told me that I indeed need to change my correction.
After a lot of back and forth and trying on lenses for 2 weeks which I called and left feedback on, he never called me up, even though 1 month went by. So I spoke with his female optician college who wa smuch more service minded, and she gave me some recommendations on how to move forward.
Oh and when I asked to get the correction on paper, the one that I didn't need to change my lenses for, it turns out that he had indeed recommended stronger lenses.

I dag fikk jeg veldig god hjelp samt verdens beste service her. Jeg er ikke en gang kunde hos synsam. Jeg gikk forst til Brilleland (der har jeg brilleabonnement ), de kunne IKKE hjelpe meg fysisk der, men matte levres inn og det ville ta 2 uker a fa brillene tilbake, dette selv om jeg fikk utlevert brillen fra Brilleland for 2 dager siden. Jeg ser ikke uten brillene mine sa helt uaktuelt a vaere uten i 2 uker.
Sa gikk jeg inn til Synsam pa Aker brygge og forklarte situasjonen og spurte de om hjelp for a lose problemet mitt, jeg onsket a betale selvfolgelig. De tok seg tid til a hore pa problemstillingen min og sa de kunne gjore det pa 30 min. Etter 10 minutter hadde svenske Gelita fikset brillene mine!! Jippii! Tusen hjertelig takk Synsam Aker Brygge.
Sa snart bindingstiden min hos Brilleland vurderer jeg sterkt a bytte til Synsam og denne filialen.

Bestilte briller ventet 2 maneder pa levering. Fikk opplyst av butikksjefen at brillene aldri var bestilt nar jeg ringte og etterlyste disse. Jeg ble lovet 1-2 ukers leveringstid. Min oppfordring er styr unna om du vil ha god service og fa brillene du bestiller tidsnok.

Svindlere. Etter 2 ar med betaling av brille abonnement sa vil de at du skal levere tilbake brillene du har betalt for. Dette er noe jeg ikke ble informert om, men heller fatt en faktura 5 maneder etter avslutningen av abonnementet. som inkasso pa 7 000kr. Vaer forsiktig!
