Worst experience. They don't value time, sat there for 2 hours. and then the doctor doesn't even give you the prescription for lenses. I have been wearing lenses for 30 years, never had such a disappointment.

I had a great experience with this Eye/ Vision Store..I had a thorough eye examination which I never had before ; checking everything the inside part of my eyes using an eye/vision equipment and she explains to me in details. Overall everything is alright nothing to worry about only needs Progressive Lens. Thank you so much Dra. Patel. Further the sales agent Bryan, who assisted me, all throughout assisting and recommending many option to choose for the frames and additions at a minimal cost. He was so patient and he knows his job to explain and convince a customer like me. Great job

The eye exam itself was very professional as always at this location. The final sale was awful. I will go to a different Macys to see if I can get the customer service I was used to or just give up on paying premium prices for a below standard customer service.
