I went to America's Best to purchase eyeglasses. I had Zoe who was helping me with my eye glass purchase. She made sure I was satisfied with the glasses I purchased She went above and beyond to help me get the selection of glasses that I wanted I did get two pair and her customer service is excellent I will keep coming there for sure and Zoe if your working when I come back I hope I have a chance to get your help again Thank you for your patience

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment because it's first come first serve based on my experience last year. Appointments really don't matter for timing, just for the day. Sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before doing the pre-exam. Finished with that and then was told after 10 minutes that I could wait or reschedule my exam for a virtual Dr. It was almost 1:30 p.m. and the Dr's go to lunch at 1:30. They had 9 available Dr's (all virtual) and was told it was "going to be quite a while". Ended up walking out and scheduling with Visionworks in Belden because I have yet to have a positive experience at this place.

I went to the wrong location and they held my appointment. Kelsey went out of her way to provide the best possible customer service. She worked as if I was her highest priority and I appreciate that. The optometrist, Libby, was professional and answered every question I had. I highly recommend this establishment. Brandon, the big guy, answered every question presented to him and even was able to serve two clients at once.

They continue to blame "staffing problems " for services that are late or poorly managed. I paid for my glasses up front. But they never called me when they arrived. When I called them, they informed me that they were there ,but I couldn't pick them up, because they were closing @ 530 instead of 7 .I work until 5 and Saturdays ,so now the glasses I need,and paid for, are now being held hostage. I have to work around there schedules, to not get the services they promised, by advertisements, and by words and documentation.They also double schedule eye exams ,so mine was a hour and fifteen minutes late.
