The friendliest staff I have ever been around at an eye care facility. Highly recommend. At the check in window I was greeted with a smile and a wonderful receptionist who made all of the paperwork a breeze. The assistant was incredibly kind and very good at keeping a conversation while working. When I was seen by my doctor which took exceptionably little time, she was quick, very good at what she does. Explained everything to me which made me understand my vision issues so much better. Best eye doctor around. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Akron/Canton area.

It was my first appointment with them. They asked me to be 10 minutes early, I was 15 minutes early, noticed a lady waiting in her car who said the office was closed for a meeting, until 1:00. No one opened the office at 1:00 or 10 after, to say the least I left. If this us how they treat a new patient, well it doesn't put a good taste in my mouth. I did not hear from them personally, just texts and email stating their no show policy and trying to get me rescheduled. Would not recommend this place.

The wait time was minimal.
The exam was thorough and again, all of my questions were answered and the results of the exam were explained in detail.
The eyewear staff was equally as attentive.

If I could give no stars, that's what they would receive. I purchased glasses and warranty did like how glasses felt so returned then 2 weeks later. Picked new glasses had to pay the restocking fee. Well my new glasses have a scratch on lense so went to get them replaced only to be told they didn't transfer warranty and trying to convince me these are not my glasses. I paid for warranty and those are my new glasses and girl says Sorry nothing we can do.
So with insurance I still paid over $400 for glasses and warranty and your not going to replace my lense.. I'm call their corporate office and WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...THE PLACE IS A OVER PRICED, HAVE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AWFUL BUSINESS....
