I've come here to see Dr. Krainz in the past. Staff can be a a hit or miss but he has such a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone

Eye appointment at 3. They tell you to arrive 15 mins early. Checking in is automated so takes 1 minute. Then we see tech shortly after checking in. It's now an hour and 10 mins past our appointment time and no doctor yet. Unacceptable. And this is only a follow up after surgery. Not even sure the doctor understands English very well. Not happy after driving an hour each way to see Dr. They do not value patients time and have no reason for lateness. Do not recommend.

I asked for a regular eye exam. I was assigned a medical doctor for cataracts which I specifically said I didn't need. The total cost for having a routine exam was $688.00. Outrageous!!! I had new glasses made. The prescription was totally wrong - couldn't see - totally fuzzy. Glasses had to be remade with the previous years prescription which was from a different doctor. Will NEVER go back there.

I am posting on behalf of my aunt who does not have any social media..and to warn others of Dr.Catherine Hwang at this office.She lied to my aunt and told her that her ct scans were clear,only for my aunt to be called two years later from a NP at the office informing her that she had an aneurysm behind her left eye..Dr.Hwang called her a few days later and said"that aneurysms are not life threatening,and she didnt need to inform her that she had one" Thanks to your lies Dr.Hwang,my aunt had her optic nerve cut in surgery due to the aneurysm doubling in size when they tried to place the aneurysm clip.You have altered her life forever leaving her physically and mentally scarred.Shame on you.

My appointment was at 9:30 and they want you to be here 15 minutes early. The waiting room was so full that no chairs were available. It's after 11:10 and I still am waiting to be seen. I met another person with my exact appointment time with the same doctor which is impossible. They really need better scheduling.

I have had to come here multiple times within the past month, and each time my appointment is at a certain time but the wait I have to go thru EACH time is ridiculous. Each time I have had to wait a minimum of 2 hours, and today the wait was 4 hours. My recommendation is that if you have an eye injury or need eye surgery go to a different place. This establishment has LONG wait times, they do not offer you a time for an appointment that works for you, the appointment time you receive is what works best for them. They were VERY rude when I had to catch a bus to my appointment and was 30 minutes late, so they made me wait 3 hours to get seen. Came back on Monday of the next week ON TIME and my wait time then was 2 1/2 hours. I am VERY dissatisfied and if I could I would go to another place for my eye injury. I had 2 surgeries so far and now need another 2. I had to hole in my eye when I had my first 2 surgeries but after the last one a hole mysteriously appeared that they have to fix before they can correct my eye injury. This has been one headache after another and can not wait until this is all over. Between the wait times, pain I have to go thru while being at this place and after I leave, and how inconsiderate they are to when I need to have my appointments set up I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

It was my first visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Reasonable wait time...no more than 15 min.

The wait times are atrocious. They do not care about your time. 2 hours or more almost everytime. Find a new doctor.
