All of the staff and Doctor's are so professional and nice. The Doctor listened to me, ran the proper tests and found the problem. The Doctor explained her findings and helped me understand what to watch for over the next 30 days. I would recommend NEOES to everyone. Myself and my grandson both are seen here.

I have had corneal transplants a few years ago while living in another state and one failed. I started to see Dr. Jennifer Vincent. She has worked diligently to help me see. She handles Scleral lenses , contacts and such and is in Avon, Oh. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful , bright demeanor, very personable and actually takes time to listen. Unfortunately, she is only in this office once a month but handles other offices. I can't say enough good things about her. If you want the best call her office, you will not be disappointed. I had an issue with my right eye last minute thing. I wasn't sure if it was serious or not. Haven't been there in many years. They called and asked if I could come right in. So that was a relief being same day. Other places weren't in or had opening in February.

I visited Northeast Ohio eye surgeon twice, both on February 13th /2025 and June 19th/ 2025 Dr Vincent her team were very instrumental, nice and polite to me. They did thorough examination on me, talked there own time and explain to me nicely.

Brittany the technician was very nice and friendly plus effective at obtaining the technical data. Dr Vincent was very nice and informative in answering my questions. All went as hoped ... all good!
