The entire staff from the receptionists to the technicians to the star of the show Dr. Pipitone was a delight to deal with...a high degree of professionalism coupled with gregariousness and congeniality was felt from the time I entered the clinic. Although extremely busy, all seemed to rise above the hectic pace and prevented an "assembly line" environment so often felt in healthcare settings. Dr. Pipitone even snickered at my riddle: "How many technicians does it take to change a lightbulb" (I could hear them outside my door trying to replace a bulb on the display of buttons used as code...over 30 minutes until success was met!) Overall, it was a good visit - leading to progress in the near future on my optical health and care.

Dr. Pipitone is excellent. Cares about her patients, communicates well, and treats you as she would herself. Job well done!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They answer any questions no matter how small. There can sometimes be a wait at the end and getting in to an appointment can take a while but it's worth it.

I've been a patient at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons over 25 years. I've been seeing Dr. Pipitone for the last several years. She's very thorough and explains the exam you've just had, offering suggestions on what you can do to help with your vision, such as using warm compresses, using eye drops more often than you have been, etc. I like how she doesn't 'talk down' to you, doesn't rush you and answers your questions, offering doable solutions. Every One there is friendly and professional.
