Dr. Susie Kim is not only one of my best yoga buddies, but also super careful about her recommendations for frames for your individuality. Even during the diagnosis/exam, Clear Choice does a thorough job. I felt cared about. All of the staff I worked with remembered me when I came back. Can't wait for my new frames to arrive!

tried to get my glasses after waiting a month they I went into the store to see what was going on. Only to learn that the left lense was wrong and they were waiting on the new ones, which everyone makes mistakes, but atleast call me if you know there is an issue, then after almost another month they shut down for remodeling and didn't even bother to tell there customers who are waiting on there glasses to arrive. I only found out because I drove past and saw a dumpster In front. I called and a message telling me they will be open again in May came up. So here we are nearly 2 months and still glueing my old pair back together. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere that will actually give you what u came to get instead of the hot pile of BS they will serve you.

My father in-law had a heart attack and we were unable to make our appointments so I called at a later time to re-schedule and was told that it was prime appointment time that we missed and she would have to ask the doctor if we could re-schedule. Then proceeds to tell me that her father had a stroke but she was still there. Are you serious?? Is that what you say to patients who have had a family emergency? I'm sorry if your father had a stroke and you are at work, where's your heart! All about that all mighty dollar!

I've been in glasses since age five. This was the best experience I've received in years! Very thorough, courteous and professional. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Kathy is the most helpful person I know. They will bend over backwards make things work for you. I would always go back to them for any Optical issues I have. They rock.
