After going 7 other places to find frames I like, I found several here! Everyone was super friendly, no pressure while looking and they went to lengths to get my insurance so I could order. They got my glasses back sooner than expected, called me with their hours and pick up was fast. Great experience

Everyone was very kind. But the doctor messed up my prescription lenses. I have severe astigmatism and I was not given lenses to correct that. Just to correct my nearsighted vision. Due to this I suffered ocular migraines for over a year before seeing another provider and finding out my lenses were not correct for my eyes. I was diagnosed with astigmatism at age 10, its in my chart and I verbally told the doctor as well.

First ever eye appointment, and was referred by my friend Arnie -
One of the nicest group /staff in total - with the Doc being the obvious reason why their team is as such, and would/will highly recommend them if you needed eye care services..
It's the "energy" maybe? Or just the feel I guess of being at ease, and instantly knowing someone who is checking your eyes has the years, experience, and enjoys his job..
Some doctors "have it" , and some don't - and , I think that part can't be taught ...it's something you do because it's who you are
Just wanted to thank the doctor and staff again, and wasn't joking about tossing a 5 star his way! ....should be 50 stars!!

Our entire family has been going to this office for many, many years! Dr. Miller and staff are top notch and it seems they go out of their way to make you feel like family. Dr. Miller actually sits down and goes over the appointment findings - it seems like you are his only patient for the day and he has all the time in the world to answer questions. I've purchased glasses in the past and they seem a little pricey but I've not checked other places out so not really sure. I stick to the glasses in my plan and it's not too bad. We highly recommend Visioncare Associates!

I have gone to see Dr. Miller for years now. I have usually been pleased with my Visits and him.
There have been a few times that I was assured that my insurance was going to cover something that he suggested that wasn't necessary.
It didn't. I have been felt at times to do or get more things done than what was necessary.
I have other Professional Eye care specialists that can and do run better tests and they are covered by my insurance.
I have been sent numerous notifications I am overdue for my eye exam.
I called to schedule today.
I am disabled and on Medicare. My only insurance. It has usually covered the cost of my exam unless I am talked into something else and told it's covered and not.
So I checked. My exam would be covered likely. A fraction test wouldn't that's $50 which I was able to decline prior.
Then a contact fitting fee of $60- $120 isn't covered.
I have been wearing contacts since 5th grade.
I understand if I need to order a bunch of different contacts etc and actually have a fitting but my prescription hasn't changed from what I can tell.
I need the exam and can order 1-800 contacts.
I said ok.
Bye going somewhere else as I laughed ridiculous!

He found a rare problem with my son's eyes which helped us to find out he has a rare genetic disorder. Everyone there has always been wonderful and great with my kiddos. I have referred many people to Dr. Miller over the years. We are very grateful for him and his staff.

I have been going to Visioncare Associates Inc, since I was a little girl ( currently 23) I have had great services from all the staff and from Dr. Miller (who is a family friend). Getting an appointment for a check up is simple and hassle-free. I have taken advantage of their extended hours to work around my busy work schedule. Saturdays hours are great, I was able to get in a out. I recommend to anyone whom has a family and works long hours.
