Wait wasn't long. Secretary did her best with my insurance and was friendly. The Doctor was great! He talked to me about a lot of stuff that was going wrong with my eyes, showed me the cool eye photos, and made the visit quick. Very friendly.

They scheduled me 6weeks out. Appt was suppose to be 11:20am. Wasn't seen til after 12:30 even tho I showed up early just to be considerate. Filled my online info for the appt. Also had my medical information/card ready. The wait was ridiculous. But if I'm 10mins late they'll cancel my appt? Unprofessional, slow, inconsiderate.

Called to verify my glasses were in, in turn recived a question such as are you sure? The optometrist challenged the whole reason I called. Did not want to waste a trip. Phillip, and whomever worked the afternoon/evening, were rude over the phone.

Dr. O'Reilly is the best. He knows his job and does it well. I've been going to him for over a decade, but last year decided to try the Canton location (no reason just wanted to try it) Ended wearing glasses where the prescription was off a bit and caused my eyes to strain. Went right back to O'Reilly and he fixed the power in my bifocals. I trust him with my eyes and will only see him from now on. Hopefully he doesn't retire anytime soon;)
