I e-mailed and never heard anything back. I had a cataract removed and there is still cataract in my eye. Which has to have a laser procedure to remove. Why didn't all the cataract get removed. This another bill I will have to pay. I am having headaches over my eye, the eye twitches how. Still very gritty and very annoying. I am following all instructions. I don't go back until August 25. I am not very happy. And thinking about finding another doctor. I still need answers why I was scheduled for the other eye and Dr. Law said i wouldn't be having the procedure? Maybe this was a good thing.

Lost a lot of my vision in left eye in just 5mins. Sence my father was totally blind it scared me alot. Doctor Lew went out of her way to help me with a tear in my eye. Came to office after hours and was very caring. Did not sugar coat my problem told me what I needed. Called around and found a doctor to repair my eye. Thank you so much for all your help.

Dr.Ortman was very rude,my optometrist,referred this place, I waited over an hour to be seen,she was in room less than 2 minutes,and said I have to go do a procedure on another patient,I was thinking are you serious?? She's very rude....

She's the best opthalmologist in south eastern Ohio...hands down.
