I had my annual exam today. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Terry and the staff here. They are so personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The new office manager Dena is super nice as is Jeff and Tim, who helped me today. Dr Terry is always a joy to interact with. I give the highest recommendation for this business...They have wonderful prices, selection and customer service that is hard to beat!!

I literally never write reviews. Yesterday I had stopped at Walmart to take care of some other items. I was having a problem with my eye, and thought it may be an infection related to my allergies, had planned to stop at the Holzer clinic to have it checked and see what drops I may need. But we were there early (toting my 2 year old) and the Holzer clinic didn't open until 10. So just in case I decided to stop at the vision clinic and see what they might recommend. They were all so friendly and helpful. They ended up putting me in for a same day appointment, and saw me in a flash. Dr. Terry was awesome. I don't wear glasses or contacts, and had not been to the eye doctor since 4th grade. He didn't do a bunch of extra stuff, but after a quick look at my vision, (I got 3/6 on the 20/20 line in both eyes ;) he used a couple of different things that I had surly never seen in an urgent care and got me the drops to solve my problems. I am old lol. I will surly need glasses soon enough, and I will be back. Such a nice Dr and caring staff.

Had to wait a month to get my contacts because they kept forgetting to order trial pair. They made me wait 40 minutes then the female Doctor took 10 minutes to examine my eyes and didn't get the prescription right and she told me to just try the wrong presciption "You may need to just adjust". No I couldn't see so she told me to schedule a recheck before I left so she knew they were wrong and I went a whole week not being able to see well. The recheck was with another Doctor who still messed them up so now I'm going somewhere more professional. Your eyes are too important don't waste your time with this place it's a joke!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is so much better than it used to be many many years ago. The eye Dr who does your exam is very personable and communicates well. He listens to what you have to say and answers any questions.

Avoid! Avoid avoid, Trust me it's not worth going too. The only reason I am giving it even a two star is because of the cheaper eye exam price tag. I bought a pair of glasses, returned them because of rough edges, and scratch on one of the lens. They sent it back, when I got the newer pair they was way worse then the previous pair. Scratches as if I was sent a used pair of lens instead of new. When I tried to return again, they argued, leaving me basically no choice but to go else where to get a new pair of glasses. $344 down the drain, had to spend another $125 elsewhere. Trust me. it's not worth losing money over. Find another place or even zennioptical online like I did.

They don't have professional devices to examine your vision. They latterly have the basics. The doctor and the other staff are very kind except one old lady who is extremely stupid and wasting the customers' times. She is tall and has really short gray hair. Please do't let her help you, because she is not friendly and not humble . when I visit the doctor, she was trying to teach me how to deal with contacts. She was not kind and she spoke loudly, which made our visit miserable I strongly suggest the manger to talk to her and figure out what is wrong with her

Purchased my glasses here about a year ago and everyone was very helpful and patient when I was trying to pick out a pair I liked. Went back and had my glasses realigned to fit my face better a year later and it was free! They offer a wide variety of styles and brands to meet your needs. Probably going to come back to realign my sunglasses!!!
