Dr. Good and his staff are friendly and caring! They were able to get me in a last minute eye appt when I really needed it. The ladies from the desk to the glass fittings were extremely nice and accommodating. I've had a primary eye Dr for years but I think I will stick with Mr. Good. He takes excellent care of his patients. Thank you!

My experience was so refreshing! I switched from my old Dr. because I felt his staff was rude and the Dr. himself didn't hear me out or really listen to my questions or what I had to say. This was not the case with Dr. Good!! He asked a lot of questions, and gave a very thorough and detailed exam. Hands down the best experience I've had with an eye exam, ever. The girl that was working the check in and check out process was outstanding and friendly as well! Last, super clean environment with COVID19. I could tell they really took the safety of their patients to heart.

Best eye care you will find anywhere. I have moved all over the country and when it was time for my eye exam I made sure to plan a trip back to Ohio so I could see Dr Good, he is second to none. Because I have lived everywhere I have tried other doctors but Dr Good has the most up to date knowledge, he takes his time and actually hears what you say to him & if you have a challenge he finds a solution. His staff is amazing too. You will love it here.

Dr. Good's office has been wonderful. Not only with my husbands month long eye emergency but also with all of our appointments. Our family of 4, as well as my parents, have been extremely happy with all interactions with his office. We would, and do recomend Dr. Good and his staff without a doubt! Several years ago my old eye doctor suddenly went out of business. Dr. Good's office was able to see me right away and the transition to a new Doctor was painless. Everyone is very friendly in the office and I have not yet had one reason to complain about the service provided. My wife and two young sons also see Dr. Good. He was awesome working with my two boys. He always takes the time to answer any questions you may have! I would recommend without reservation trying them out if you are looking for a new eye doctor!

My experience at Avon Lake Eye Care was great. Everyone was super friendly, my appointment was on time and the exam did not take long at all. The front desk was able to assist in choosing frames and the frames came in quickly. I have already recommended ALEC to friends/family.

I've been seeing Dr. Good for 4 years now, and his service has continued to remain a top quality and value. I see him once a year, and manages to remember what we talked about in my past visits. I've move and they aren't the closest to me anymore, but for the service and professionalism they provide, I will continue to use Avon Lake Eye Care!
