What an experience. Everyone from the receptionist, and other staff that worked with me that day were the best. Friendly and professional in a comfortable atmosphere. They covered everything and Dr Jee was professional, thorough and went over all my options for cataract surgery. It was a lot to digest. My regular long time Optometrist referred me to this clinic for Cataract Consultation.

Everyone was friendly and smooth. The only complaint I have as a new patient waiting for the Dr to come in and see me... A lady came in did not introduce herself and started going through my chart and asking questions. She was not very friendly. Thank goodness Dr Wiley came in. He was great. Still no introduction from the lady that was in the room. As a new patient and a person that works in the medical field I feel that it was unacceptable that she did not make me aware of who she was. If she was the only one that came into the room and Dr. Wiley did not , I would be hesitant to go back.
Other than that the office staff was amazing!!!
Giving 4 stars due to whoever the lady was that did not introduce herself. Would be 5 stars if not for her

Everyone from the doctor to the receptionists and all in between were thorough and highly professional. I greatly appreciated the complete eye care experience. I quickly got an appointment only waited 2 weeks as a new patient I hadn't had an eye exam in over 30 years so I was very nervous. The staff was great. Patiently explaining everything to me the facility and all their equipment is state of the art and when my doctor finished my very thorough exam I am pleased and confident all is well with my eyes!!!!
