Target Optical

We have been to a few optical offices but this has by far been the best. Dr. Verlich was awesome specifically with our 8 year old daughter. He made it so she was comfortable and the process was easy for her to understand what he was asking. She was able to answer confidently and not feel like she was answering wrong to his questions. Lisa was amazing even before our appointment she contacted us ensuring we were set with our insurance and had everything ready when we got there. She was very knowledgeable and made the process smooth.

Dr Verlich was great today, he saw myself, wife and daughter. He was straight and to the point. I appreciate the time he took with us and fulfilling our vision needs. Cindy at the front helped us with selecting frames, ordering, fitting and insurance. She was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable with the products. In the 30 years I've been wearing prescription eyeglasses, Cynthia is the most knowledgeable, experienced and diversely competent optical professional I've experienced. There was not one facet of the process she wasn't 100% ready to address and/or ensure was completed perfectly for the health of my eyes and the aesthetics of my appearance. Cynthia was like three optics professionals in one: Dispensing Technician, Lab Tech, and an honest salesperson. She sold me on what was best for me, not just what I wanted. She ensured that what I received was a combination of what I desired, but also what was best for my eyes. And last, when the lab dropped the ball in craftsmanship, she had the knowledge, experience and education to resolve the issue with her own two hands, in-house, within minutes. Target should ensure they never lose this employee! Ever. She provided old-fashioned service that is so nearly impossible to find and receive in this day and age. I'm so thankful she was the person I encountered on my first visit to Target Optical.

Wonderful experience with Lisa! She was very friendly and helpful as I picked out my frames. First time I've ever had glasses so it was nice to have someone knowledgeable and kind.
