Loved the service! Everyone here was so pleasant. The only thing is if you want really cute glasses they start at $250 doe frames. Thats not a bad thing, just wasn't for me

Best eye care experience I've had in my decade of wearing glasses/contacts. I made an appointment day-of, had an extremely short wait with a very pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist, was brought back to the initial exam room where the optometric tech swiftly got me taken care of while even teaching me about the machines they were using. A very short wait for Dr. Robinson, and then an extremely comprehensive exam and contact fitting with one of the most pleasant medical professionals I've ever met! Dr. Robinson answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and chatted about life with me. To round out the visit, even check out was spectacular. The check-out woman was quickly able to apply my insurance and run my benefits on several different contacts options. No one ever made me feel pressured to spend more money than I was comfortable with, but I had done my research prior to coming in, and when I was given the total it was actually cheaper than I was able to find online at the discount contacts websites. Therefore this eye appointment took care of all of my needs, and was a very pleasant part of my day. I give Dr. Robinson and the rest of the team at MyEyeDr. Beachwood my highest recommendation.

I recently had an eye exam here and the doctor, along with his assistant, was great. However, my experience picking out glasses was one of the worst I've ever had. The opticians, Latisha (Tish) and Paula, started off polite but quickly became pushy and dismissive when I made it clear I didn't want to spend a lot. I told her (Tish) I just needed affordable sunglasses and that I was trying to save money because my son had an appointment the next day -- but she kept pushing expensive brands. She offered me a $50 off coupon, but took it away, when I asked for the cheapest options. She became rude and impatient. I ended up settling for something I didn't even like, just to get out of there. No one explained what I was buying, and the atmosphere became uncomfortable. When I finally received the glasses, two weeks later they were wrong, like reading glasses with a groove in them. It took almost three months, multiple delays, and frustration to get a corrected pair. (Paula) Even then, the service was rushed and unprofessional. I wasn't offered a case, cleaning cloth, or even proper fitting. I was told to clean my glasses with dish soap. In total, I wasted $300 on glasses I don't even like, and hours of time I can't get back. I decided not to bring my son here after this experience. Hopefully others are treated better.

When I first arrived Barbara was at the front desk. She was extremely nice. My eye exam was very thorough. Dr. Farmer was terrific. I saw an optician who was very helpful. She took the time to explain about the lenses and frames. I was very happy with my experience. I am looking forward to the next pair.

I have been going to going to this office for over 20 years (Dr. Bretz for approximately seven) and have always had wonderful experiences! The entire staff is kind, helpful, patient and great with communication! I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, am never rushed through and always feel as though my questions and concerns are being heard and addressed. The office is great regarding scheduling and follow-through when appropriate. Many of the same people who worked there when I started going are still there, which speaks volumes to me. Walking in to familiar and friendly faces like Mandy, Barb, Paula, Jodi, and even newer staff, like Taylor, is always comforting and I also know that everything will be taken well care of correctly. Highly recommend!
