Popped over here after my daughters eye exam and met Bessie. Not only did she ask my daughter thorough questions to find the perfect pair, and not only did she give my daughter plenty of frames to choose from until she found the one she loved, and not only did she help me set up my new insurance card so they had it on file, but she ALSO stayed 10 mins after closing just so my daughter felt comfortable in her new frames. Thankfully I won't ever need to look for another optical store again.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the outstanding customer service to the fantastic eyeglass frame selection for children, you will surely be satisfied with your experience. I wore glasses for over 25 years (before LASIK surgery) and never did someone offer to prepare the glasses same day you purchased them. Bessie (representative at the store) could tell my 8 year old daughter was very excited to receive her first pair of glasses and expedited the process. Shout out to Signature Optical for such a great experience!

Shellie is absolutely the best. I live in and NYC and my daughter while on Vacation in Ohio lost her glasses SMH, leading me to be on the hunt for a location that my Ohio family could take her to and get a pair made urgently. Shellie saved the day and assured me that she can have a pair of glasses cut for her in hour. I emailed her a copy of my daughters script and she took care of the rest. Shellie I can't thank you enough for all your help and making my baby girl feel better. She loves her new frames and was so happy that you had her favorite color. Highly recommend this location.

Rating five star for both of my visits here. My first visit, Shellie was patient and kind.. very honest about what glasses worked and what didn't. My second visit, Bessie was also amazing.. I had more time to spend second time around. Both felt like personable, nice experiences and I'd recommend to others, both the location and the two employees!

Signature Optical was such a wonderful experience. My toddler needs heavy prescription glasses, we worked with Shellie who walked us through the whole process. Can't say enough about the terrific service I received from Bessie here--she really went above and beyond to assist me and guide me in selecting frames that'd be a great fit for me. Given the location of the shop, I was concerned it might be too pricey of a place for me, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a really large selection of frames at a wide range of price points. I was so happy with the service, I took my 16-year-old there a month later and she also now sports a beautiful pair of glasses (which only cost about 40 dollars out-of-pocket with our insurance, a true deal!) Thanks, Bessie, and the whole staff for really making our experience top-notch!

Great customer service . The staff was very patient with my 95 year old mom . There is also a large selection of frames . I highly recommend.

Bessie is the best. Called and asked if they had Silhouette Frames. She said yes. Went in and saw her. Beautiful place with a huge selection. Picked out a pair and they were done in about a week. They are awesome. Just have to get used to the side mounts on the lens. My eye keeps seeing them. Have to train the brain. Thank you Signature Optical.
