I need to give this Dr truly 10 stars and his front office staff and assistant. The tech - no comment at all. He is an exceptionally thorough, friendly and very professional Optometrist in every level. The eyeglass place right across the hallway was more efficient that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this office and the ladies who run the eyeglass store that know and check your insurance benefits before you even try on frames. Much gratitude to all of you

EDIT: From 5 stars down to 2. I still love this doctor, but it's been 6days since I was supposed to have my prescription and I still don't have it. My eyes have been bothering me like crazy this whole time. At first, one of the ladies in the office sent it to the wrong pharmacy, even though I told her the address. She told me she'd "just look it up." Then, once my pharmacy managed to get it transferred, my insurance didn't cover it. Between the pharmacy and I calling, there've been six calls made to the office and the issue still has not been resolved. UPDATE: I've called more and left more messages and still have heard nothing back. I DO NOT recommend coming here, simply because the staff can't seem to be bothered to return simple phone calls. original: Absolutely wonderful staff, I was taken in exactly at the time of my appointment and am very satisfied with the care I received. Dr. Warm answered all the questions I had, and explained everything thoroughly to me. Clean facilities, friendly people.

The appointment person is clueless. Tried to cancel an appointment for a person in the hospital and they still wanted to talk to that person. I guess they will have no show since she is so foolish.

Excellent doctor. Very detail oriented in formulating a treatment plan. He even threw in a short lecture on the metaphysics of vision while performing the exam.

Dr. Warn Has been my doctor for many years as well as my wife and kids extremely knowledgeable caring and professional always available and does great work highly recommend
